Is there a service that can be restarted to reset the USB ports? I ask because I periodically leave my joystick or gamepad plugged in my USB port and when my PC comes out of standby it frequently needs to be unplugged and replugged to recognize it. I'd prefer not to do that, I'd rather just double click a file or have it run on standby resume to reset the port.

Anyone know of any way to do this?
