Yes, probably a simple question, but I am no computer geek.

Anyways, I was just messing around, and changed my 'open with' default (called Windows Shell C-something) and when I tried to restore it, I couldn't find it anywhere! How do I do that?

I use Vista Home Premium, if it helps.

    Thanks in advance.

control panel > Programs > Default Programs

I do believe you should be able to set or change your defaults in there.

No, I know how to set it to default, the problem is finding the program so I can set it.
