I have come to a point that I need to reinstall my Windows 7 home premium 64 bit, as I believe there are some problems in the registry that I can not find a solution to fix it.
- My question are, if I perform a Windows restore to a previous time, will those programs that I have already installed will be removed, including their registries?
- I am using an OEM version on Win7, and I can not make a repair install with it, only a full installation. If I completely reinstall Win7, will all my drivers be reinstored or do I have to install them again?
I have already made recovery dvd of Win 7 including 5 dvd's.
thanks in advance

Try CCleaner to fix registry problems with applications, perhaps that will work.
CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download
If its a windows problem,,try sfc/scannow @ elevated command prompt, chkdsk with free space checked, and then windows 7 repair disk(give it a try).
as too 1.) system restore-restores your computer to that date of system restore and what was on it at that time, the restore point.
2.) If you do a "clean install" you will have to update all drivers again ,,windows 7 has many drivers, however they are dated to the date of creation of windows 7 for basic functionality,Windows 7 however does not carry all the drivers needed for full functioning of laptops( graphics drivers,,sd card slot drivers,,ect.),
I use drivermax latest ver 5.9 to keep all my drivers uptodate, this includes the drivers in device manager-system devices.

1 - If you perfrom a "system restore" to a previous time, you won't lose the files of the programs, but the installations will disappear. Meaning... if you installed Winamp and then did a restore to a time before Winamp was installed, the folder/files for Winamp will still be present in the program files directory, but the registry entries will have been removed during the system restore - effectively making it look like Winamp were never installed.
2 - If you reinstall Windows 7 from your OEM repair/recovery discs, then you shouldn't have to install any drivers. Installing from OEM discs should bring you back to the factory state of the laptop when you first received it.
If you choose to instead do a "clean install" using a retail copy of Win7, then you'd have to download and install all of your hardware drivers on your own.
