IDK why but the above mentioned program isn't reading my disc drive. Specs are in sig. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it?

Is the drive seen in Windows? Can you boot to a disc if not?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling that program.

I've seen in past where Roxio updates cause an issue with the CD Drive - check the Dell website for a possible patch/fix.
Had this happen on my daughter's system once before.
