    Hi there
I am using RightMark CPU Utility on my Core Solo to get rid of an anooying beep noise in the background. Is there a function in NHC that runs this "Run HLT" function or is there another undervolting program that has this function that supports Yonah?
    Thank you

A constant faint beep noise in the background coming probably from the upper left corner of my Dell Inspiron 640m

HLT is a hack that was useful for lowering temperatures before current voltage and clock changing power schemes were available. It's pretty much useless on modern CPUs. I'm not sure if your CPU utility is the right thing to get rid of the beep noise. It's not a software thing, especially since it's coming from the upper left corner, and not the speakers.
