    Hello, I realize that many here at NBR are experts, but for you nubes like me, I found this program that simply unpark all your cores and will set your CPU to always run at max turbo.

    Its called CPU core parking manager and it is small and easy to use:

    Again, I realize that most here are OC experts but this thing can help if you don't know how to OC (Like me)

    I am not affiliated with this program or anything, I just found it very useful as Ive tried to OC myself, but I don't know what I'm doing, so I figure running at max turbo all the time is the next best thing, that is until Mr. Fox or someone teaches me :)

    You could also disabled C-states and enhanced intel speedstep and turn power management to high performance.

    .From what I can see this tried max non turbo speed, and even then on my system fails to do even that
