    Hey guys, how are you?

I'm having the following error while trying to play a game (after pressing "Start" on the launcher):

    --Runtime Error!
    Program: D:\Grand Chase Way\main.exe
This app....terminate it in an unusual way.--

So, I've tried the All-in-One Runtime to fix this but it didn't work.
I've reinstalled the game more than once, restarted my laptop in the meantime of all the processes.
I've tried disabling the antivirus, adding the game to exclusions.
I've done a cleanboot as recommended by Microsoft support.

I just bought this new laptop, HP Power Pavilion 15 with Windows 10 and it runs everything except this game, Grand Chase, and I would really love to play it to remind me of my childhood ;).

I hope this is the right section or even forum. Thanks in advance for the help!

It looks to be only a Windows 7 game and may not like Windows 10, you could try running it in compatibility mode.

    Thanks for the reply btw.

Actually I am able to play it on another W10 laptop. This new one only is giving me problems.
I tried running it in the compatibility mode before but a message pops up saying that I can't start it in that mode, that I should start it normally to play it.
