OK, this isn't a life or death matter, but ever since I installed SP1 on my tx1000 (Laptop with AMD Turionx2 64 CPU, 2 Gigs RAM, Vista Ultimate) I've had the problem that if I try to reboot it shuts down, starts to come back up, and then dies. I can then power it back on by holding the power key down until I hear the system spin up, so it's not a huge problem. But it gets annoying.
Any idea what's wrong? Better yet, any idea what I can do to fix it?![]()

There was a recommended bios update fo the tx 1000 to improve compatibility with vista sp1--did you install that?

Yes I did. Back in May if my modified date is correct.

Yes. Was released back in March, but I evidently didn't get around to installing it until May.
