SRS HD Audio Lab - Version 1.0.39.0

I don't know if it replaces SRS Audio Sandbox but it does seems like. Some will say it's only an equalizer but if someone want to use it or replace his old Audio Sandbox. There is a free trial 30days.
Some of you were happy with the results so here it is.

I believe most new Asus laptop has it preinstalled. E.g. Asus ul30vt

It does give you some extra choices in customising your sound but I don't think it makes a huge difference..

I meant any differences between product versions (SRS HD and SRS Sandbox).

I have a t61 whose speakers are abysmal and the integrated sound card doesn't have many options so these kind of things are unfortunately a necessary evil for me.

Is this worth the purchase if I usually use headphones to play my audio?

It depends on the quality of the sound your Sony outputs. My notebook has a crapy sound so SRS makes quite a substantial difference.Again for me the upgrade from SRS Sandbox to SRS HD isn't worth it.

Well the speakers are decent but small sounding for an 11in machine, but with headphones it is pretty damn good(even better I hear with the custom Sony headphones that are suppose to come with my machine), but I do prefer having as much eq control as possible. I guess I will give them the 30day trial and see how it turns out. Thank you for posting this.
