    I have Acronis Home v11 and have it scheduled to backup my HD once a week. My question is if my laptop is in sleep mode will it wake up at the scheduled time?

    You can make an event in Windows to wake your PC. Acronis itself will not...you can tell Acronis to do the task the next time the PC is up if you want it to.
