Does anyone know a good program that will record the footage and audio on my screen? Preferably freelol, But I wont get my hopes up

Fraps does it but it cost money do do more than 30 seconds.
I know Linux has more programs for this.
And I think you can get video capture cards (like how people make montage videos). -

We'll the only one I can vouch for that records Video/Games good is Jing from Tech Smith . It's records games and video flawless for me. But it costs $15 a year. The Free version is good too, but they purposely slow the frame rate of recorded Vids until you get the pro version.
