The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Screen recording w/ sound

    Does anyone know of any software (freeware or otherwise) that would allow me to record my screen along with any sound that is played through my speakers (or line in)? Also the less hardware intensive the better. Thanks in advance. Price isn't an issue here.

    DemoCreator records the screen activities from mouse movements and keystrokes for creating training materials, software video tutorials and website demonstrations. More over, it supports the sound recording and sound rerecording after the screen recording. :)
