    is there a program that can take videos of what im doin on the screen? like a screenshot, only a video...Shareware/open source preferred, if somethin like wat im talkin bout exists.

    I know you can do it with Macros, but I'm unaware of a program by name that will do it.

    Use a TV-tuner and record it through that.

    For a still screenshot, it's as easy as hit the print screen key, which copies your desktop to the clipboard. You then paste the contents of the clipboard into the graphics program of your choice.

    I am using the program called Camtasia Studio. Its a kind of like video editior, with many features, and one of those features is that you can record what is on the screen and including audio.
