    Hello there,

i got this everytime at the logon screen:

The message is in hungarian and it says something like this:
"The system cant logon. Please check your user and domain and give your password again. The password is case sensitive."

The problem here is that i did not even try to give my password! A did not even touch the keyboard. The message shows up automatically and its annoying.
The keyboard is a dell one and i have no any problem with it (faulty enter key or something)

    Thank you for your help.

p.s.: Please someone login with wrong user or password and write me the exact message in english so i can search for the solution based on the english message (in the case nobody knows whats happening here).

Did u try booting into Safe Mode, and possibly trying a System Restore?

Or it might be a minor problem..like a sticked key on the keyboard. Try unplugging the keyboard and press the keys down to try and 'unstick' a key that might be stuck.

    Or try a different keyboard.

Im sure that is nothing wrong with the keyboard.

I know my password, and i can enter into the system. The problem is that at every logon the system came up with this message automatically without i even trying to enter my password.

Try making a new account and see if it prompts you with that message.

Also remember that discussion on how to bypass security measures like passwords is against the forum rules( a post has already been deleted).

I would do a clean install, you will solve the problem faster and certainly.

Theres probably an autologin script running. If you can get to the desktop, download and run tweakui and you can disable it.

I was thinking about it, will give it a try when i'm at home. Thank you.

Well my question has nothing to do with bypass security. I did not asked about forgotten passwords or anything like that...

    No way... :)

Good idea, i will try. Thank you.
And yes, i can get to the desktop because i know my password... :) Again, my question has nothing to do with passwords. I just want the logon screen without that stupid automatically showed message.

. tweakUI would give u a shot at fixing it

. simple run command could do also
    - Start->Run then type "control userpasswords2"
    - click Ok.
    - turn off the option of "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"

    cheers ...

Kdawgca, I think the OP was asking for somebody to login deliberately using an incorrect password so that the message he's getting in Hungarian, can be seen in English, allowing him to search for a solution to his problem using the translation.

Sounds like your trying to log into a domain, not your local computer account.

On the log in prompt screen click Options, (the very right button)

Make sure its set to *Computername*(this computer)

Just to clear up some confusion. We deleted a post from another user that had instructions on how to bypass Windows XP password protection.

That was not a remark aimed at the OP. It was a warning that this user in question not post that again.

Yea. If youre able to put in your password manually after the error, I'm almost positive its an autologon script thus tweakui should take care if it.

Indeed it was the autologin. TweakUI fixed it.
Im a bit ashamed that i did not checked it before posting, but dammit i was sure (as im now) that i did not set autologin on.

Thank you all for the replyes!

i've tried doing a screen capture...but the resolution is too poor to read the text...post a better screen...or do your own screen and print...go to a language converter site...and convert from Hungarian to English...to see what the error is...
