    Hello,
My question regards my new Gateway M250x notebook. I am using Mozilla Firefox because IE is well, terrible. I have noticed with my scrolling feature(the right part of my mouse pad that scrolling specific) does not work/scroll in mozilla. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a way to fix this issue. I know it is working because i can scroll within windows and also IE. Any help is most appreciated!
    Thanks very much.

Are you using the drivers...I personally did NOT install the drivers for my laptop because they seemed to not work correctly.

Have you checked you scroll settings in Firefox? Go to Tools-->Options-->Advanced and click the plus sign next to "Browsing." Make sure at least one of the scroll options is checked. I'm not sure exactly what the difference is between the two options--maybe someone else can help out with that.

yeah, i have checked them and the same problem is occuring. Is this something anyone else is experiencing? Or is this only happening to me? If no one has any other ideas i may contact support or search through more mozilla helps sites. Thanks.

Yeah, I was having the same problem. I grabbed the newest drivers off of synaptics' website (at the time 8.0.6), installed that, and now scrolling works in Firefox. I don't know if there's a simpler fix.
