When I'm scrolling in Internet Explorer my "iexplorer.exe" uses between 30-50% of the CPU according to the Windows Task Manager.

As soon as I stop scrolling, the CPU usage gets back to normal.

This is something which has happened after I ran "jkdefrag" in safe mode...

Anyone having a solution to this issue ?

It also happens in Firefox. If I constantly scroll a few lines up and down the CPU usage increases and my clockspeed goes from 1.23 GHz to 2.5 GHz.

Scrolling is something 1.25 GHz should do just fine...
