Everytime I start my PC up this comes up and says I need to run it as an administrator all the time.. so I have to allow it to run every single freakin time and I can't find a way to change this so that it either just loads on its own or not at all....

anyone know how to correct this problem ?

If needed more information its the 'FreeAgent Launcher' that keeps asking me to run it as administrator

Does this "FreeAgent" launcher have a desktop shortcut? If yes, have you right-clicked, selected Properties, went to the Compatibility tab and checked "Run As Administrator" then "Apply"?

Out of curiousity, is the FreeAgent app merely backup software that is preinstalled on the hd? If you don't use it, you can just have Windows reformat the drive so you no longer get the admin prompt........
