When I try to start "Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service" I get the error message Windows could not start Secure Tunneling Protocol Service on Local Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
Path to the executable is: C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe -k LocalService
There is a svchost.exe file at that path on the computer. Other services that use svchost.exe -k LocalService, as an executable such as "EventSystem", "fdPHost", "SSDP Discovery" etc. start without a problem. "Secure Socket Tunneling Protocal Service" does not have any dependencies. Any help in understanding this problem would be apreciated.
    thank you, teddys
