    Hello all,

I was hoping to find a vista compatible security suite that was good and light weight. It just seems like it is not going to happen.

So here is my question now.
    1) Assuming cost is not a factor. What is the best choice for getting protection and staying light weight?
    a. Would it be better to just get zone alarm firewall, Kepkaspersky antivirus, and spy sweeper spyware (i.e. individual products)
    b. Getting a security suite

    IF 1b was chosen:
    1. What should i get
    2. Kepkaspersky 7.0 suite
    3. Zone Alarm Suite (Hope they fixed the vista issue)
    4. Wait for Trend Micro 2008 (I don't know why but I always liked TMIS)
    5. Others

Get the free ZoneAlarm firewall and Nod32. For antispyware, I'd suggest ad-aware, AVG anti-spyware, and most importantly, common sense

u have vista - so until vista is a bit more mature with sp1*:
. leave the firewall at the moment to the built.in vista firewall/defenders
. get a free av-scanner such as avg or avast
. use firefox as browser (i m a fanboy in this)
. use ur common sense when surfing

    & u r all set

*meaning - 3rd party apps have more time to catch up with the development

    cheers ...
