I use the free Avast AntiVirus and Sygate Personal Firewall. Both are excellent products. ZoneAlarm Pro is a pretty good AntiVirus. I havent heard of Navand. NIS is a massive resource hog.

I just use windows firewall with a combo of BitDefender and Ad-aware SE Personal edition. I've only had 1 spyware attack, which was stopped by BitDefender, and 1 virus block, which was already on my computer, it was in LUA form that is run in Half-Life 2 Gary's Mod (it wasn't even a bad virus, and I wouldn't think it would catch it, but it did).

I highly suggest BitDefender, because it offers a good interface, many many options, real time protection (which obviously works), and you can change how much protection you want.

i'd get rid of nav, its a resource hog, use avg or avast if your looking for free or nod32 or kaspersky if your willing to pay for it

i use zone alarm pro, nod32, spyware seek and destroy and windows defender on here :) and so far the worst i've had is tracking cookies *touches wood*

I use Ad-Aware SE, Windows Defender and Norton Internet Security 2006. Unforunately, I don't get to pick which security software to pick, or else I wouldn't pick Norton.

But still, I haven't had a virus attack in years, and I only get a or two "pieces" of tracking cookies every week or so.
