Guys,
I bought a media PC whitebox which came with a Windows XP home CD. The CoA and product key was stuck onto the computer. I would like to sell this CD on ebay and use the money to upgrade to Windows media center.
1. If I decide to sell on ebay, do I have to sell it with some piece of hardware 'cuz this looks like an OEM version?![]()

2. Can this CD be used on any other PC with the same key? I don't want the buyer getting mad at me for not being able to do so!
3. How do I remove the CoA sticker from the PC without destroying it?
what's the deal?

2) No it cannot be used on another computer.Sorry.
3) You can't without damaging it.
Hope this helps. -
thanks! This does not seem to be a big-time OEM CD like dell which will work only with dell etc. but more like a white box version. Also, I will not be using it on any other computer once I sell it.

If it isn't already installed on the computer then you can do it. Otherwise it violates the license agreement.
