I went and purchased the 32bit of Windows 7, Home Premium. My question is can I use the same serial to install 64bit of Home Premium, Windows 7?
-
Yes, you can.

Thanks. Because from the $30 student deal, it said you can download the 64bit OR the 32bit and if you downloaded the wrong one, you would need to contact support. But I guess they meant for the file, the compatible serial key is all I need. Thanks again.

Note you need a minimum of 2GB RAM. -
Does anyone know where I can get the file for the 64bit Home Premium? This should be legal because I have purchased a valid serial.
-
bought if from ebay?
i see a lot that are cheap selling only serials. i am kind of doubting if it's really legal or not. -
No, I bought it for $30 because I am a student, but I chose 32bit instead of 64bit. I could contact them, but I wanted to install it today.
Is there anything else I can do, like use the RC version and then put my serial?
