This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Set Outlook not to open the first email?

    I want to use outlook, but I don't like how it automatically opens the first mail in the inbox. Is there a way to have it just list the inbox contents, so I can sort though before opening anything?

    I'm just UN-hip enough not to know what that means, but hip enough to not care.

    (now the big question--is being "hip" unhip?...god I feel old today. I think I'll go watch some Lawrence Welk VHS tapes....)
