Ever since I updated to this version of SetPoint (for my Logitech MX Revolution mouse) the pointer speed in my Windows mouse dialog box always reverts to default (middle of the slider) and the enhance cursor position always sets to off when I reboot my computer. In SetPoint, I've made it so that Speed and Acceleration is "SetPoint implementation" with "Retain OS Settings" unchecked, since this is the only option that seemed to work for me with previous SetPoint versions.
How can I make the pointer speed and enhance mouse position stick in the Windows Mouse dialog box?

Which 6.20 is it? Could you list the full version number. 6.20.xxxx as an example.
Also, are you running UAC? If so, uninstall the software, reboot, and reinstall using "run as administrator." -
I put Windows 7's UAC to the lowest setting since a year ago. -
You could try the above method in any case. Not having any problems here and I use 3 Logitech mice with it. Anywhere MX, MX revolution, and Trackball M570.
Plus using a two other mouse drivers concurrently. Lenovo trackpoint and Synaptics.
I installed all using run as Admin. And run with No UAC. -

Uninstall, reboot, run install as administrator.
