Whenever I try to change the fsb using setfsb, after clicking "set fsb", my fsb number changes to something very high. For example, i set the slider to "240" and click "set fsb", the fsb slider changes to "718". I am using the correct pll.

I've witnessed similar behavior in clocks with video cards. It could be adapting to a multiplier. In other words when you set it to 240 it might set it closest to being consistent like a more accurate clock speed (239.33333...) and then that at x3 = 718.
