Whats the best way to go about this when using Exchange? I need to start a new one because I think the one I am using now is somewhat corrupt.

Is there any way to save my current Outlook screen (and other) settings?

    I am using Outlook 2010.

You have to follow a sequence of steps to setting up and configure a new profile in Microsoft outlook. Microsoft support is the essential to get a new profile set up and configure a new outlook profile.although its not a big deal to create a new profile but at least you need to follow some certain protocols in this procedure that are specified by Microsoft.
