Is there anyway to set up a password to access my hard drives on my notebook or better yet not allowing a person that is in my guess account to open up my hard drives.

    Hello,

On my 1150, I did that. I setup a password in the BIOS. When ever I boot up or standby or hiberation, it will ask you the password. It work great. However, if your laptop is stolen, I am not sure it is not going to protect your stuffs. The person can just remove the hd and put it in some other notebook.

the thing is i let my brother use my guest account but he can still access my all my files and open them. What i would like to do is block access to my hard drives when its windows is on the guess account. All i want him to be able to do is access the internet on the guest account.
