Okay so I don't know how much people actually multiboot or whether you guys can answer this question, but I've been doing it for a long time now.

My problem is that I have 3 partitions. (1 for XP, 1 for another XP, and 1 for Data)

What I been doing is saving all my program files on the Data partition, So I can use them on both Operating Systems without having to reinstall the programs.

However when I install something like an Anti-Virus [Nod 32], it isn't compatible on both operating systems.
It only works if I install it on both operating systems because it add a service to service.msc

Is there anyway that I can share a service folder, so I wouldn't have to double install?

[Note] I was gonna make portable like I did on some other software that come with services, however something like an Anti-Virus is hard because they are constantly updating.

Unless the system explicitly has a portable executable, You have to install your programs from both OSes.

This man is correct. You can share data across both OSs, but you'll have to install programs on both to use them on both. Now, you can even have your users AppData mapped to data drive, so that you only have to configure the program once, but you'll have to install it twice, unless its portable like surfasb said above.

    Yeah I got it.

Thats how I been doing it. Its just these damn services are annoying, and I dont like doing portable apps for like offices and stuff, so I guess I'll have to live with it.

    thanks though
