    The title says it all.. let me start with mine..

    I'm yet to find some good 'working' themes.. the one' I had before haven't been made compatible yet. Anyway, here it is.. :)

    How do you add those button shortcuts to the toolbar?

    Right click on toolbar > Customize > chose icons (or icons and text or text alone)... I have chosen icons..

    As for the buttons themself, it was something I got long back as a pack from firefox addons webpage, I think!!!!

    I had an add-on that gave the whole thing the Aero look but it looked a little funny so I removed it. I'm pretty content with the default look.

    ^ Thats pretty neat and nice.. Yes, I agree with you. Initially after installing firefox 4, I was quiet impressed with the default... anyway, there were some theme' which were working FF4 and I am using that now..

    Here's mine for now, I rearranged a few of the buttons and deleted the mini-search bar since it's redundant. Only thing I wish was for a way to have the bookmarks toolbar fade in/out when I mouse over a certain area for a cleaner look.
