    Shuffle of laptop keys function

    hey anybuddy please tell some suggestion about my laptop problem.
    first my laptop displays gone then i repiars it from authorised dealer,they change my whole mother board for display and also before changing the mb i tell them about my keys prob. which firstly is the "p" letter and up &down key of my keyboard is not working. they changed my keypad also.
    but then problem arises now my new keypad function is all changed they r not working as want to do. there all function of key is gone shuffled, when i press any key it write any thing alse just like for enter button i have to press "f11" key. please help me about it.
