    When I shutdown my computer after the windows saves the user settings a plain blue screen that usualy is in the backround of the shutdown apears and the mouse is freazed. It is there for about 30-60secoonds. What should I do?

    First thing I would look at the event log to see if there are any clues as to what the issue is there.
