Anyone have a laptop with said feature? I have yet to see 1. Is this another feature that just never got popular?

What's SideShow?
-
Yeah, SideShow was never widely adopted, although I have seen laptops with auxilary screens. -
Some laptops had a screen on the outside so that you could watch video, check email, etc. I think that the big attraction was supposed to be that you didn't have to boot up to do those things. I believe Dell had a model out a couple of years back. Here's an Asus model: http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/07/asus-w5fe-sideshow-laptop-hands-on/

The potential of Sideshow is really good but there's not a lot of laptop that have this feature. Lg got one: http://www.lge.com/products/model/detail/r200sideshow.jhtml

Apparently, though, it proved to be unpopular as it was removed from the XPS 430, which shares the same case as the 420. -

Found it on my own, but not until after a second search. Now GFY's. -
