Okay, I made a previous thread due to a bunch of performance issues with games and video stuttering. Now I reinstalled windows and have a few issues.

    1) I made a 15gb partition for the OS installation and made the rest storage space. This resulted in everything trying to get downloaded/installed into the 15 GB partitionng to go ino the other, and nothing wanting to go anywhere else. What gives?

    2) I Put win.dows on the other partition and then formatted the 15GB one. Then my computer refused to boot windows, wtf?!?!?!

    3) I can not extend anything, what s that command for when you have installation options? Is it for multiple hard drives? The help topic I read suggested it was for increasing partition size.

    4) Okay, so now it is installed and working somewhat as planned but now it seems every so often when typing either it just stops recieving input or picks a random point to start typing jtypig and allg here ust sittinrom. This is what it would look like:

^You know what, that's a perfect example. Windows just seems to pick an arbitrary point in the text to start typing from. This was a real pain to edit and fix
    as much as I could.
    5) I can't use the back/forward or reload buttons in firefox, every version. I also can't use file, edit, and view options from the top menu.

    This is driving me nuts!!

What OS are you using? If it's Vista, I recommend more space for the OS. Did you install all of the required notebook system software and drivers? Usually things like this are either the result of missing drivers or some sort of virus.

Ummm...all the sudden the broswer issues went away. I have done nothing but sit here listening to music since posting this. I will run windows update again but I believe I installed everything I could. I also have gone to Asus' website and installed the latest version of all drivers relevant to my computer (installation disc is a year old)
