    Are the Win7 drivers out for this card? I really need Win7 drivers for this card inorder to run Sound Blaster Audigy HD Software Edition. Any help?

    google is your friend.

    Generally, EVERY device REQUIRES an OS-specific device driver.

    Low level/OS and hardware devices first. If not for the low level device drivers, how would your operating system know how to let your applications talk to the hardware? It's been since what, Win95 since applications were allowed to talk directly to the hardware.

    Google became my enemy as I could not find anything.
    Also, creative looks for specific Win 7 drivers to enable its control panel. I installed Vista drivers and it is not letting me use it. I tried default drivers which auto-detects my card but it is still the same and creative doesnot have any answer for me.

    Ahhh.you wanted to ask me question there? I thought that the answer was posted there so I was looking for it. :p

    I think if I didnot got answer in NBR then I cannot expect someplace else. :rolleyes:
