    Did you try excel. :p

Seriosly, Microsoft Money is very easy to use. It comes with alot of OEMs, so I'm guessing you could grab one cheap of ebay. Even new, the standard edition selld for $20-30.

Quicken is nice, too. For everyday use, you could probably find an older version on ebay for cheap.

excel really is the best. everything else is too controlling. with excel you can do specifically what you want, no matter what.

drumfu, Excel is great... it's just that I did't learn it so much.. so it's kinda hard when i'm trying to do complicated stuff.. and everytime I open excel.. I always feel like I'm working... stressfull. LOL, so no excel anymore....

I'm gonna try microsoft money and quicken. Thanks roguemonk. :)

I vote MS Money. Mainly because I've gotten it free via OEM installs (Dell I think) and it seems to work reasonably well. It also has a couple advanced features (PocketPC integration and bank integration) that I use quite a bit.

Its tough to go really wrong with either....
