Hmmm. Article in July 2009 issue of Maximum PC shows how to move your Users folder. Basically same as link I provided. And they show another reason why you'd want to move your user's folder: SSD.
SSD sizes are big enough to store your OS and basic apps, but beyond that 64GB just isn't going to hack it for all your other stuff. I don't see SSD's increasing in size and performance to that of hard drives very quickly either. Perhaps Windows 7 will offer the option, although they haven't already. If I knew how to program, I'd write one to automate the process.
Maximum PC's method is basically registry edit and NTFS mounting of a folder to a different hard drive. You need to start fresh though, and create a dummy account to start. It seems pretty straightforward, except seems like a lot of work. I think I might go this route though when I install Windows 7 RTM.
For those interested, it's in July 2009 pages 62-64. It probably won't be on their site for another month or so though, unfortunately.
