    Skype Updated Automatically To New Version

    Has anyone here had skype automatically updated on their computer? The new version is horrible, it has like a microsoft signin page. And when you log in, it looks very bad compared to the old skype where i dont even want to use it anymore. On my phone though its still the same but of course its mobile.

    Anyone know how i could go back to the old skype? Also why did it automatically update? I recalled a while back it would ask me if i want to update and i put down no etc. But this time, it just updated by itself. Now the layout etc just looks horrible etc.

    Mine didn't auto update because I had the MSI installer which is like the bloatware free version which doesn't include any add-ons or auto updater.

    There's a service you can stop on services.msc, and the skype setting itself.
