so when i boot up my system from bios to done loading

it takes roughly about 2 1/2 -3 minutes, i only have a few start up programs like aim, yahoo and msn messanger

ive run registry cleaners a few times

seemed like when i had vista my comp would boot up in 30 seconds to 1 minute

on top of that i have a sager np9262 with 4 gigs of ram a quad core and 7200 rpm drive

im really convinced that vista ran faster than xp on my system

Hopefully, you're not defragmenting with the built-in defragmenter. Use JKDefrag instead. No installation required.
