Many times I put my Notebook in Hibernation. After that when I start it I feel my system to be slow and it stucks with slow opening of appliances. What can be the cause? I feel it only after I use it from hibernation mode. I am using XP Home SP2.

how is the memory usage (physical and virtual) after waking up, compared to before going into hibernate?

I am wondering if some application is causing a memory leak due to the hibernation process.

I heard that hiberation causes the RAM to be fragmented, don't know it that's true or not..
