I have a gateway fx - p7811 . using Windows 7 as my Operating System.
When i leave my laptop for about 15 minutes, i come back and it's like it doesn't use the screen saver, it automatically shuts it down into like a standby mode.
Not sure what setting that is, or what i can do.

    thanks in advance

Go into mobility options and change the time for your laptop to sleep.

It should. If not, W7 bug with your system.
