I'm playing this game called x-moto (very fun) and on some levels it gets laggy and I've read its because of vista not supporting opengl correctly. Is there any way to fix it?

Are you using the driver that came with your computer?

Yeah (sorry), thats what I meant. Quite often the stock manufacturer's drivers are not up-to-date. If you're using an Nvidia card, you can get the latest Forceware driver from either Guru3D or laptopvideo2go.

EDIT: Obviously this doesn't answer your question regarding Vista and OpenGL, but I am curious as to whether you are using the best drivers possible.
