    Any thoughts on it?

They claim that they cut "RAM usage by 75%". Preliminary analysis says that they did infact cut RAM usage by a LOT.

I am a pidgin user, but am giving the new digsby a trial run because it has a lot more eye candy and the RAM usage is comparable to pidgin. Altho digsby seems to lag at times.

    ok, i lov/ed/ digsby until:

for msn, i keep getting authentication problem. so as pidgin. Do i need to sign into the windows live client before i'm able to log in?

and, for digsby, when i double click a buddy, no im box shows up. kinda defeats the purpose of an im client, you think?

That's odd, Never happened to me

I used to use Digsby and liked it. I'm glad that they reduced the Mem. Usage because that's what's stopped me from installing it again after I reinstalled Windows.
