Is there a windows equivalent to CutX Content Filter? I'm visiting a few sites that just simply don't do anything but zap my time, and I don't like wasting time.

THe CutX Content Filter is great in the sense that it blocks the site, and then displays a message instead like "THE BAD NEWS IS TIME FLIES. THE GOOD NEWS IS YOU’RE THE PILOT!” etc. So here I'm wondering if there isn't anything equivalent for windows?

Preferably id' want it to be as light as possible, and of course clean of any spyware/malware/hax etc.
