I am looking for a free to cheap program to help my business.I want to be able to keep up with sales, out going payments, incoming payments.I also need to be able to create invoices and monitor supplies and usage.I am taking my boating and fishing hobby to a business at the first of the year. With the economy in the shape it's in,I am trying to keep costs low.I am hoping to survive this economic down time.

How about Microsoft Office Accounting? its actually free, works awesome and will let you do invoicing, billing, keep track of all kinds of things and set up your entire business profile. and you can import data from and export data to, Access and Excel databases.
