Freedom is basically a program that prevents users on a Mac from surfing the web for a pre-set period of time. Does anyone know a comparable (and free) program for Windows?

I don't know any Freedom equivalent for Windows, but you can do "block internet access" with a firewall program like Comodo Firewall Pro (which is a free program).
