    Is there a program that allows me to manipulate my voice......like the old days where the Creative Sounbblaster application allowed you to change into a woman's / man/s voice or in a cave or many diff things.....

    You could always use the microsoft anna software that is incorporated into windows.

    Microsoft Sam if you are using xp.

    I am using foobar2000 with SoundTouch plugin. It allows lowering/highering the pitch. Has some options with tempo etc too.
