    Hi

    I am looking for a (free) software tool that will help me see if my computer is running at peak performance. I have been experiencing a slowdown in my computer and want to see if how bad/well it is doing.

    try ctrl + delete +alt ->preformance
    wait, do you want a system tuneup software? In that case, TuneUp 2007 ans System Mechanic both work great

    Not sure if this helps, but you can try going to PC Pitstop and run the full system PC tuneup/scan and it will give you results of everything. It's very safe, as I have used it a few times in the past when I wanted to check on things.
