Hey guys, here's my scenario; when I use my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5A Digital Cam. to Record video, the vid could be 1min. or so in length and would be like 25mb in size. And by default the Camera saves the video file as .mov (which are QuickTime files) I want to be able to upload the vid to YouTube, but with such a crazy file size for such little recording time it would take forever to upload w/ my 512 Kbps upload speed.

So can someone either recommend me a good software to shrink .mov files OR guide me in another direction to make this easier please, as I don't have much experience on the video side of things. Music yea, but working with video not so much. I've done some searching and see mention of Ashampoo Movie Shrink and Burn. Is it worth the hassle to download?

    Thanks!

I think Handbrake is what you want.
