    Can anyone give me links from where I can download the following sowtwares (or any others similar to them) -

    1. 3d Marks 2005

    2. Any software to calculate FPS in a game

    3. Ati Tool

    4. Any software that is useful to overclock the GPU

    A lot of games have a key combo programmed in to show FPS - just do some research on the particular game you want to know the FPS for.

    ATITool, which is an over clocking utility. Coolbits is used for Nvidia cards, or you could use NTune.

    Google is a wonderful thing.... ;) :p

    I use this all the time
    It gives you your FPS in Realtime while you are playing in yellow letters on your screen
