    Solidwork 2007 and WinXP on HP8510p

    Hello!

    Just installed my Solidworks 2007 on my XP Pro partition to check if it is ok as I had some troubles under Vista. Still the same fault - I cant see the planes after I start creating new part :[ anyone know how to sort this out?? I really need solidworks to run ok!!

    Its the newest one from HP website. It kind of work fine, yet ie. when Im in a sketch mode, every mouse movement leaves some marks [see attaachement]
    It works ok [no marks etc] if I use software OpenGL [turn it on in options] or sthing like that but its VEERY slow this way.

    I was testing it on SP0 as it was a fresh install.

    HD 2600 doesnt support hardware OpenGL in some programs. I had the same problems in ACad 2007 with my 7950GT. You just have to use software. but in ACAD 2007, viewport rendering was hardware accelerated, only some special features required quadro cards.

    ACAD 2008 have direct X support now though. so maybe the same will happen with SW 2008
